Vyro Terms of Service

Welcome to Vyro a trading name of DigiCounted LTD (“Vyro”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Vyro provides creators with tools to capture audience contact details and send permission-based messages to followers.

By using Vyro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What Vyro Is

Vyro is a creator tool that allows you to:

  • Create a personal capture link

  • Let viewers voluntarily confirm their WhatsApp number

  • Send messages to confirmed followers when you choose

  • Export your confirmed audience

Vyro is not a social network, ad platform, or growth guarantee. We provide tools — you control how you use them.

2. Eligibility

To use Vyro, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Have the legal right to operate the account you connect to Vyro

  • Comply with all applicable laws and platform rules

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Account Registration

When you create a Vyro account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information

  • Keep your account credentials secure

  • Use Vyro only for lawful purposes

You are responsible for all actions taken through your account.

4. Audience & Data Ownership

Your audience belongs to you

  • You retain ownership of your confirmed followers

  • You can export your audience at any time

  • Vyro does not claim ownership over your contacts

What Vyro does with data

  • We store and process data only to provide the service

  • We do not sell your audience data

  • We do not message your audience without your instruction

5. Permission-Based Messaging

Vyro is built on explicit consent.

By using Vyro, you agree that:

  • You will only message users who have voluntarily confirmed

  • You will clearly communicate what users are signing up for

  • You will respect unsubscribe or opt-out requests immediately

Vyro may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse messaging or violate consent standards.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Vyro to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages

  • Mislead, deceive, or impersonate others

  • Promote illegal, fraudulent, or harmful content

  • Harass, threaten, or exploit users

  • Violate WhatsApp, Meta, or other platform policies

We reserve the right to investigate and take action against misuse.

7. Messaging, Credits & Payments

  • Creating a Vyro account is free

  • Messaging confirmed followers may require credits

  • Credit pricing and usage are shown before sending messages

  • Credits are non-refundable once used

Vyro does not guarantee delivery, engagement, or results.

8. Platform Availability

Vyro may rely on third-party services (e.g. WhatsApp, hosting providers).

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability

  • Message delivery rates

  • Performance on external platforms

Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance or external factors.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Abuse messaging or consent

  • Engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior

  • Put Vyro, users, or partners at risk

You may stop using Vyro at any time.

10. No Guarantees

Vyro does not guarantee:

  • Increased views, engagement, or income

  • Protection from account bans on other platforms

  • Brand deals or promotional outcomes

Results depend on how you use the tool.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Vyro is provided “as is”

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

12. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update Vyro or these Terms from time to time.

  • Material changes will be communicated where required

  • Continued use of Vyro means you accept the updated Terms

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where Vyro operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. User Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their Vyro account and associated data at any time.

Upon request, Vyro will permanently delete:

  • Stored contact information (including WhatsApp numbers)

  • Messaging history and delivery records

  • Account-level identifiers linked to the user

Deletion requests can be made by:

We may retain limited records only where required to comply with legal, regulatory, or fraud-prevention obligations.

Once deletion is completed, the data cannot be recovered.
