Vyro Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of Vyro (“Vyro”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By using Vyro, you agree to comply with this Policy, WhatsApp’s Messaging Policies, and all applicable laws.

Vyro is a permission-based messaging platform. Any misuse that puts WhatsApp accounts, phone numbers, or Vyro infrastructure at risk is strictly prohibited.

1. How Vyro Is Designed to Be Used

Vyro allows creators to:

  • Share a personal capture link

  • Collect explicit, voluntary opt-ins

  • Send non-spammy, creator-initiated messages

  • Notify followers when content or important updates are live

Vyro is not a cold outreach, bulk spam, or lead-scraping tool.

2. WhatsApp-Aligned Consent Rules (MANDATORY)

To comply with WhatsApp Messaging policies:

You must ensure that:

  • Every follower explicitly opts in

  • Opt-in happens through a clear confirmation step

  • Followers understand who they are messaging with

  • Followers know what type of messages they will receive

You may ONLY message:

  • People who confirmed their WhatsApp number

  • People who willingly joined through your Vyro link

❌ Messaging anyone else is prohibited.

3. Prohibited Messaging Practices (WhatsApp Enforcement Triggers)

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension:

A. Spam & Unsolicited Messaging

  • Messaging users who did not opt in

  • Re-messaging users who opted out

  • Uploading or importing phone numbers

  • Using scraped, purchased, or third-party lists

B. Consent Circumvention

  • Bypassing confirmation flows

  • Misleading users into opting in

  • Auto-adding contacts without explicit action

C. Excessive or Low-Quality Messaging

  • Sending repetitive or irrelevant messages

  • Broadcasting too frequently

  • Sending messages that generate high block or report rates

WhatsApp measures user feedback (blocks, reports, replies). Vyro monitors the same signals.

4. Content Restrictions (WhatsApp-Compliant)

You must not send content that includes:

  • Scams, fraud, or deceptive offers

  • Phishing or impersonation

  • Illegal goods, services, or activities

  • Hate speech, harassment, or threats

  • Sexual content involving minors

  • Malware, harmful links, or exploitative schemes

You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with:

  • WhatsApp Messaging Policies

  • Local advertising and consumer protection laws

5. Promotional & Commercial Messaging Rules

Vyro allows promotional messages only when:

  • The recipient explicitly opted in

  • The promotion is related to your content, brand, or audience

  • Messaging frequency is reasonable

You must not:

  • Send deceptive promotions

  • Misrepresent pricing, results, or offers

  • Use Vyro purely for affiliate spam

Creators who abuse promotions risk:

  • WhatsApp number restrictions

  • Vyro account suspension

  • Permanent loss of messaging access

6. Opt-Out & User Control (Required by WhatsApp)

You must respect the user’s right to:

  • Stop receiving messages at any time

  • Block or unsubscribe without friction

Attempting to bypass opt-out requests is a serious violation.

7. Account Safety & Platform Integrity

You must not:

  • Attempt to evade WhatsApp enforcement

  • Rotate numbers to avoid restrictions

  • Use automation or scripts outside Vyro

  • Reverse engineer or exploit Vyro systems

  • Interfere with service stability or security

Vyro actively protects:

  • Messaging reputation

  • Phone number health

  • Platform delivery quality

8. Monitoring, Enforcement & WhatsApp Risk Control

To protect Vyro and its creators:

Vyro may:

  • Monitor messaging patterns

  • Flag high-risk behavior

  • Limit or pause sending

  • Suspend or permanently ban accounts

  • Restrict access without notice if WhatsApp risk is detected

Enforcement may occur before WhatsApp takes action to prevent broader damage.

9. Consequences of Violation

Violations may result in:

  • Immediate suspension

  • Permanent account termination

  • Loss of credits or messaging access

  • Reporting to WhatsApp or regulators where required

  • No refunds for terminated accounts
