Vyro Privacy Policy

Vyro a trading name of DigiCounted LTD (“Vyro”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use Vyro.

If you do not agree with this Policy, do not use Vyro.

1. What Vyro Is

Vyro is a creator tool that allows creators to:

  • Generate a personal capture link

  • Let viewers voluntarily confirm their WhatsApp number

  • Send permission-based messages to confirmed followers

  • Export their confirmed audience

Vyro is not a social network and does not message users on its own.

2. Information We Collect

A. Information from Creators

When you create or use a Vyro account, we may collect:

  • Name or username

  • Email address

  • Account identifiers (creator ID, dashboard code)

  • Usage data (features used, message counts, credits)

B. Information from Viewers / Followers

When a viewer chooses to join a creator via Vyro, we may collect:

  • WhatsApp phone number (confirmed by the user)

  • Time and source of confirmation

  • Creator they subscribed to

Viewers provide this information voluntarily.

3. How We Use Information

We use information only to operate Vyro, including to:

  • Provide creator dashboards and features

  • Send messages only when initiated by the creator

  • Track message delivery and credit usage

  • Prevent abuse, fraud, or spam

  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not use data for advertising or resale.

4. Consent & Permission

Vyro is built on explicit opt-in.

  • Viewers only receive messages after they confirm

  • Creators choose when and what to send

  • Viewers can stop receiving messages at any time

Vyro does not allow unsolicited messaging.

5. Audience Ownership

  • Creators own their audience data

  • Creators can export confirmed followers at any time

  • Vyro does not claim ownership of creator or viewer data

We do not use creator audiences for our own messaging or marketing.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data.

We may share limited data only with:

  • Infrastructure providers (hosting, databases)

  • Messaging providers (e.g. WhatsApp APIs) for message delivery

  • Legal authorities if required by law

All partners are required to protect data.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

Vyro retains creator and viewer data only for as long as necessary to operate the service.

  • Creator and viewer data is stored while a creator account remains active

  • Creators may export their confirmed audience at any time

  • Users may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time

Upon deletion:

  • Personal data associated with the account is permanently removed

  • Confirmed follower data (including WhatsApp numbers) is deleted

  • Messaging history and delivery records are removed or anonymized

Vyro may retain limited records only where required by law, regulatory obligations, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

Once deletion is completed, the data cannot be recovered.

8. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including:

  • Secure infrastructure

  • Access controls

  • Encryption where appropriate

No system is 100% secure, but we actively work to protect user data.

9. International Data Transfers

Vyro may process data in multiple countries depending on infrastructure providers.

We take steps to ensure data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Your Data Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access personal data we hold about you

  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete data

  • Request deletion of your data

  • Object to or restrict certain processing activities

11. Data Deletion Requests (Meta & WhatsApp Compliance)

Users may request deletion of their data at any time.

Deletion requests may be submitted by:

  • Emailing [email protected] from the email associated with the account, or

  • Using account tools where available

Upon a valid request, Vyro will delete:

  • Account identifiers

  • Stored WhatsApp phone numbers

  • Messaging history and delivery metadata

  • Associated follower records

Deletion is processed within a reasonable timeframe and is permanent.

This process applies to data collected through WhatsApp integrations and complies with Meta and WhatsApp platform requirements.

12. Children’s Privacy

Vyro is not intended for users under 18.

We do not knowingly collect data from children.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
