Vyro Anti-Spam Policy

Effective date: 06/01/2026

Vyro is a permission-based messaging platform.
Spam, abuse, or deceptive messaging is not tolerated.

This Anti-Spam Policy explains what Vyro considers spam, how we prevent it, and what happens when violations occur.

1. What Vyro Considers Spam

Vyro defines spam as any message sent without clear, informed, and voluntary consent.

Spam includes (but is not limited to):

  • Messaging people who did not opt in

  • Messaging people who did not confirm their WhatsApp number

  • Re-messaging users who unsubscribed or blocked messages

  • Sending repetitive, irrelevant, or misleading messages

  • Sending excessive broadcasts that annoy or overwhelm recipients

Vyro is not a bulk outreach or cold-messaging tool.

2. Permission Is Mandatory (No Exceptions)

You may only message people who:

  • Clicked your Vyro capture link

  • Explicitly confirmed their WhatsApp number

  • Understood they would receive messages from you

❌ Uploading contacts
❌ Buying or scraping numbers
❌ Importing lists from other tools

These are strictly prohibited.

3. WhatsApp Policy Alignment

Vyro operates in line with WhatsApp Messaging and Commerce policies.

This means:

  • Users must expect your messages

  • Messages must match what was promised at sign-up

  • High block or report rates are a violation

  • Opt-out must be respected immediately

WhatsApp tracks user behavior.
So does Vyro.

4. Message Quality & Frequency Rules

Even with permission, you must message responsibly.

You should:

  • Message only when there is something meaningful

  • Keep messages relevant to your content or audience

  • Avoid daily or unnecessary broadcasts

You must not:

  • Send low-value filler messages

  • Repeatedly send the same message

  • Message purely to test delivery

Poor engagement signals increase spam risk.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not send messages that include:

  • Scams, fraud, or deceptive offers

  • Phishing links or impersonation

  • Illegal goods or services

  • Hate, harassment, or threats

  • Sexual content involving minors

  • Malware or harmful links

You are fully responsible for the content you send.

6. Opt-Out & User Control

Every user has the right to:

  • Stop receiving messages

  • Block or report messages

  • Leave without friction or pressure

Attempting to bypass opt-outs or re-add users is a serious violation.

7. Monitoring & Enforcement

To protect users and WhatsApp reputation, Vyro may:

  • Monitor sending behavior

  • Track engagement, blocks, and reports

  • Temporarily pause sending

  • Permanently restrict messaging access

  • Suspend or terminate accounts without notice

Enforcement may happen before WhatsApp takes action.

8. Consequences of Spam Violations

Violations may result in:

  • Immediate suspension

  • Permanent account termination

  • Loss of messaging privileges

  • Loss of credits (no refunds)

  • Reporting to WhatsApp where required

Repeated or severe abuse will result in permanent removal.

9. Reporting Spam or Abuse

If you believe spam or abuse is occurring on Vyro, report it immediately.
